		<description>Thanks bro.  I&#039;m learning to be more patient with my girls and recognizing how God made them differently.  Sometimes my teaching and training can be more like someone instructing from the lounge chair instead of getting in the water with them and showing them step by step.  Pray for me as I desire to be more intentional with both girls especially as Emie enters kindergarten this fall and Lily starts preschool.</description>

This is right on.  What a great analogy!  As I read I thought about how the swimming pool is the instructors place of safety.  By inviting people into our pool and giving them a safe place to learn and grow, we are being true disciplers.  Thanks a lot for this image and the cute story of your girls!  It is so much fun to see them grow, on your blog!  I am sure you are discipling them more than anyone else!</description>
