when I taught the youth class, we used a prayer journal that we passed each Sunday. Everyone wrote out their request for me to pray for during the week. Once a month we did share requests and answered-prayers out loud so the whole class could hear.

hi doug,
each class could have a prayer box(shoe box for instance) beside each box have note cards and a pen. if someone has a prayer request they can write it on the card as they enter class and place it in the box. the teacher can collect these at the end of the class and then e-mail the class with the prayer requests. in order for this to work the teacher must announce to the class that all prayer requests must be in the box before class starts. hope this helps, missy
